3. Intellectual property

The YOCO Point brand, logo, texts, and design are property of LLC Your Coffee. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

4. Liability disclaimer

We are not responsible for third-party links or external services (e.g. Mamuli Coffee, Leaflet, OpenStreetMap, CARTO).

5. Purchases in the YOCO app

Goods at YOCO Points are selected and paid for in the YOCO mobile app. These purchases are governed by the public offer of LLC Your Coffee — the terms of sale of goods via the YOCO mobile application: admin.yocoge.com/legal. Where this website and the offer differ, the offer applies.

Delivery: we do not deliver goods. They are handed over on the spot, at the YOCO Point (offer, clause 3.3).

Refunds: see clause 7.6 of the offer (payment taken but the order not completed) and section 10 (quality of goods, defects and refunds).
